Alan DalMaso
Alan has been with DRYCO since 1994. Previously, he worked for a small business in Belmont where he met Ron Saisi. Ron helped him learn the paving and concrete business and taught him about reading plans and managing small projects. Learn More class="caps">Email Alan
Mike Rodriguez
Mike celebrated his 15th anniversary with DRYCO in July 2006. He came to the company as a specialist in Tennis Court Color Application and was promoted to estimator in 1999. He enjoys the job even though it can "get crazy at times." Mike’s favorite part of the job is working with customers, tackling the different jobs, and solving problems. Raul DeAnda
Raul joined DRYCO in 2000 as shop manager. He held the position for six months before he was promoted to estimator, and has loved it ever since. Learn more class="caps">Email Raul
Robert Gunn
Robert is the newest member of our estimating team. He started out in the industry as a laborer in a family-owned paving business, while in college in the 1980's. Over the next 15 years he gained experience in nearly every position a pavement maintenance company offers, including that of CEO. Fortunate for us, Daren was able to persuade Robert to lead the Central Valley sales efforts as the new branch's Regional Manager. class="caps">Email Robert
Steve Stellini
Steve joined the DRYCO team in 2002. His prior career began as a laborer in the paving field. He continued to move up the ladder to become an estimator, eventually taking over the family paving business as sole proprietor before coming to work with our estimating team.Learn More class="caps">Email Steve
Ryan Saisi
Ryan has been with DRYCO since 2002. After attending classes in Construction Management and Cost Estimating at the University of Nevada, Reno, he joined DRYCO as an estimator. Learn more class="caps">Email Ryan
Art Miranda
Art came to DRYCO in 2003. With a degree in construction from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, he has experience in the mass excavation and bridge building fields. He joined the DRYCO team to broaden his knowledge in the private sector of construction. Learn more class="caps">Email Art
Stephen Saisi
Stephen joined the DRYCO team in 2009 under the guidance of his mentor and Chief Estimator, Ron Saisi. His previous experience included internships for Heavy Civil companies and Desilva Gates Construction & Kiewit Engineering. With a degree from the California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, coursework completion in Construction Management, Stephen prides himself in supplementing what he’s learned with the practical knowledge gained while in the industry. class="caps">Email Stephen
