DRYCO presents pavement maintenance seminars throughout the year to help property and facility managers become "dangerous" by increasing their knowledge and familiarizing them with important information they should know before going out to bid. Additionally, the four-hour seminar is certified to qualify for attendees to earn three CPD credits.
We cover pavement design, construction, maintenance, repair, and rehabilitation. Includes breakfast, lunch, and teaches property and facility managers the differences between asphalt and concrete, the types of pavement failures, pavement maintenance planning, the Property Manager's Toolbox, and value—what it is and how to get it.
DRYCO also offers a shorter, more condensed version as a Lunch n' Learn, where we can help you schedule a time suitable for your office and present a one- to two-hour seminar. Lunches are always provided and are typically for offices with four or more property/facility managers. Presentations can be done at DRYCO or at an offsite location.
