This will allow you to come up with a consensus on the scope of work. If the estimators have a hectic schedule and cannot meet, you can walk the property with a single estimator and create a detailed site map with all the areas you would like worked on. After, mail this map to the other estimators and have them come to your property. It is best to make yourself available as they walk the property so you can answer any questions or concerns. In the end, the goal is to have everyone bid on the same work, therefore allowing you to get the most value out of your dollar.
