With more tenants at home, more people to serve, not to mention the health and safety protocols implementation, property managers’ work blew by enormous proportion. There are several strategies to help ease this problem such as outsourcing, and organization. Administrative tasks that require repetition can be passed on to virtual assistants, application,s or software. The key is the use of technology can help alleviate the situation. We don’t see going back to normal in the next months, rather, in light of the global pandemic, despite the vaccines being rolled out many people still prefer to be safe by staying at home.
