A Culture of Mentorship, Respect, and Growth
At DRYCO, we take pride in creating a work environment where every team member feels supported, valued, and empowered to grow. Here’s what one former apprentice had to say about her experience:
During my apprenticeship from 2019 to 2022, working with this team from time to time has been an amazing experience. They not only shared their expertise in concrete and construction techniques but also demonstrated patience and dedication in training me. Their guidance helped me grow both professionally and personally. As the only woman on the job at times, I initially had concerns about fitting in, but this team made me feel comfortable and respected. They created an environment where I could be myself without fear of overstepping any boundaries. Their support and professionalism reassured me every step of the way, and for that, I am truly grateful.Thank you again for the opportunity to learn and grow with DRYCO. I appreciate everything this team has done, and I will always look back on this experience with gratitude.—Dawn B., Apprentice (2019–2022)
