We got our building final yesterday and I just wanted to thank you and your people for all the hard work you did to bring this project to a conclusion. It was a pleasure working with you and I appreciate all extra work you did that was outside the lines so to speak. I look forward to working with you in the future. The work looks fantastic. Thank you,

I have been meaning to tell you the parking lot at 1048 Serpentine looks FANTASTIC, seriously, the 7’ of 2% is going to really help us out if we need to get an ADA path to the street. The work around the stalls we did previously looks so much better. I know us construction guys don’t hear that very often but well done!

I have worked with DRYCO on many projects, always with great results. Their pricing is always fair and reasonable, their work is excellent, and they meet every deadline. They run a safe and clean jobsite, and keep me updated on progress of every job on a daily basis. From the initial site visit to the final billing I always have confidence that everything will run smoothly.

I attended a DRYCO Seminar today and Loved it!! Not only did they feed our tummy’s but they feed our Minds! I walked in not knowing anything about asphalt or concrete and walked out with some much knowledge about both. The owner is so inspirational and super funny to the top! What a down to earth person. This company believes in value! That alone is priceless!

I approached DRYCO to do my paving work on the commercial properties that I manage and the results were 100% satisfaction. DRYCO was my go-to vendor for consulting on the best approach to the work that was needed because they have invested time educating property and facilities managers on the various paving techniques. This gave me the tools to ask intelligent questions. DRYCO is a family-owned business so the personal attention was appreciated. I would highly recommend DRYCO to anyone that is in need of a paving project.

I been working with the DRYCO team in commercial real estate for over 6 years an their team is excellent. They are quick to respond to all requests, friendly and fast. In a industry where everyone needed everything yesterday this is invaluable to us. This is not surpassed by their quality of work, close attention to the scope detail and their willingness to go above and beyond to ensure the job is done right and on time. Way to go DRYCO!

I worked with Eric from DRYCO on a job at the apartment community I manage. Eric delivered excellent customer service and was very prompt in responding to emails/calls. Working with Eric, the job was completed within a week of first contact with him. The work done by DRYCO was great and I am very appreciative of their service. We will be using them again in the future.

DRYCO was a savior in a Santa suit for our rescue pup, whose old kennel with a tarp top couldn't protect him from driving rain. Although DRYCO and its acquisition, Northern California Fence, have grown to service large, industrial-size jobs for corporate clients, we called for help since both companies have done excellent work for us in the past, when their powerhouse status was still just a goal. Thankfully, DRYCO owner Darren and Fidel of Northern California Fence remembered our small jobs, and took time out for another one: building a new kennel with a slanted aluminum roof to keep our year-old Hachi dry. Darren and Fidel didn't have to interrupt big business for our tiny project - but, with generosity and goodwill, they delivered like Santa in time for Christmas. There are not enough words or stars to adequately express our gratitude.

They did a good job and their price was reasonable. They worked around my tenants and got it done in a minimum amount of time. I have used DRYCO Construction Inc for an overhaul of the pavement.

They were very good. They were prompt, efficient, neat, clean, thorough, and did exactly what they said they would. The street looks fantastic. I would use them again and highly recommend them. They re-coated the asphalt street for our neighborhood.
