Your all-in-one commercial concrete company
DRYCO specializes in concrete repairs and all manner of tenant improvements. Over the years we have crafted our own concrete repair methods that leave your concrete looking flawless. Whether you require concrete parking lot repairs or interior concrete floors, DRYCO offers the entire range of concrete solutions—including concrete block wall construction, (which is typically used for constructing small buildings, standalone walls, and retaining walls), decorative hardscape, and our own concrete pumping division.
Concrete Repair
DRYCO leads the industry in executing concrete repair jobs for any project, whether it is a monumental, large-scale job or a simple, small concrete section replacement. We excel in completing your projects on very tough schedules that meet all your needs. Our process of demolition and removing of any failed concrete or asphalt and replacing it with new structural concrete is always with a high level of professionalism.
Concrete Slab
Slab-on-grade construction is when a concrete floor slab is poured at grade level to provide a stable, structural foundation. These slabs may be supported on continuous foundations, piers or piles and grade beams, or grade beams directly on isolated footings. DRYCO is experienced and expertly qualified to advise and execute all manner of slab-on-grade construction to ensure a solid foundation.
Footings
Footings are critical to support the foundation and prevent settling. Footings are especially important in areas with troublesome soils. Placement of footers is crucial to provide the proper support for the foundation and ultimately the structure. Engineers assess the soil conditions and decide on the proper depth and width for the footings, based on the size and type of structure that will be built, and DRYCO builds exactly to plans.
Concrete Planters, Curbs, and Steps
From simple curb details in parking lots to complex integration of retaining walls, steps, or other architectural elements, steps and planters are carefully formed to match specifications, which may vary from straight to cantilevered. Each step is reinforced with rebar to maintain the highest structural integrity and adequate drainage is always met to prolong the lifetime of the staircase.
Concrete Saw Cutting
DRYCO always chooses the right tools and techniques for the safe operation of your concrete cutting needs. We handle both the demolition and the replacement. We utilize diamond saw blades for our concrete cutting projects. Decreased vibration, increased precision cutting, and increased safety make diamond saw blade concrete cutting desirable.
Concrete Walls, Block Walls
Concrete block is cost-effective for building smaller curb walls, planter walls, and trash enclosures. DRYCO’s years of experience working with this material ensures that the concrete block retaining wall construction goes quickly and smoothly with a top-quality end product. DRYCO can complete the job with any finish that you choose, so that when we leave the jobsite you have a finished product you can be proud of.
Decorative Hardscapes
Many customers find they want to add a creative touch to the paving or concrete project and that is why we offer custom concrete solutions. DRYCO specializes in stamped and colored concrete, which can be used to beautify commercial driveways, walkways, plazas, pool decks, entryways, courtyards, and patios.
Concrete Floors / Colored Concrete
Colored concrete is commonly used for architectural work or in commercial construction for plazas, patios, walks, and decks. Colored pigments are the most widely used method to produce colored concrete. Our concrete division also offers colored or stained concrete flooring that can be polished and coated with epoxy. This creates a pleasing look to concrete that is also durable.
Concrete Tile Pavers
From brickwork to decorative pavers, we are able to accommodate any custom hardscape request. Pavers are a good alternative option to concrete as they offer flexibility, durability, and ease of maintenance. They are also strong and aesthetically pleasing and come in a wide variety of shapes, colors, textures, and patterns.
Stamped Concrete Patio
Stamped concrete is patterned to appear like brick, slate, flagstone, stone, or tile in a wide array of available colors. Because color pigments are mixed throughout the concrete, they will not chip off like some dry shake surface colors or concrete paint. We have a huge variety of patterns, both geometric and natural, to choose from.

We’re glad you asked!
- DRYCO has over 30 years of experience in the concrete business.
- We value long-term customer relationships over the “quick buck.”
- Our customers value our integrity and commitment to competitive pricing and high-quality customer service.
- You’ll work with a dedicated estimator from start to finish, which means every question or concern you have can be directed to the same person.

Commercial contractors…
- Tend to have more experience, but with that experience comes more paperwork since commercial jobs are bigger in scale and cost.
- Commercial contractors carry more insurance and operate on tight timelines, and often with many different people onsite, such as architects, developers, and work crews.
- Commercial projects are often funded by large companies, governments, or developers.
- Commercial contractors also own or have access to large equipment needed to complete large-scale construction or concrete jobs. They will also be knowledgeable about building codes that must be met.
Residential contractors…
- Often work directly with homeowners on small-scale home projects.
- Have timelines that are not usually as tight, which allows them to adjust to the demands of individual projects.
- Residential contractors can work directly with homeowners on how payments are made.
- They will know if the job requires a permit and how to obtain it.
- Sometimes residential contractors begin to scale up to smaller commercial jobs that larger commercial contractors aren’t willing to take on.
- Typically have more opportunity to be creative on the job.
There are many questions that will be specific to the type of job you need, but the following are great questions to ask in general:
- What type of experience do you have in this job? A good contractor will have a portfolio for you to view.
- What insurance do you carry and are you professionally licensed?
- How much do similar concrete jobs typically cost?
- When can you begin and when do you expect to finish the job? If you have time constraints or you’re working around your customers, a good contractor should be able to work with you and your timeline.
- What kind of permits does this job need?
- What is covered in my contract?
- What is the best way to care for my concrete after the job is finished?
You can expect to spend between $4.00 to $8.00 per square foot of concrete. That price will vary depending on the thickness of the concrete poured and other aspects of the job and its location within the country.
We are an all-in-one concrete company able to meet any of your concrete needs. We specialize in concrete repair, concrete slabs, footings (foundation support), curbs, steps, concrete walls and block walls, and concrete planters. In addition, we do concrete cutting and decorative work like stamping, colored concrete, or tile pavers. We also have an array of services for asphalt services, including striping, sealcoating, and commercial fencing.
For residential projects and small commercial projects, a concrete project can be finished in 24 to 48 hours. Larger commercial jobs will require more time. The concrete must then dry at least 24 to 48 hours before being walked on. However, it does take a longer period of time for concrete to truly harden. If you plan to drive heavy equipment on it, check with your contractor or plan to wait 28 days for the concrete to fully harden.
Contractors should be licensed through the state and every licensed contractor will have a number issued by the state.
In the state of California, you can check the contractor’s number at www.cslb.ca.gov to find out if the license is current and what the contractor is licensed for. Other states will have similar ways to check license numbers if you visit the state government’s website.
All contractors that are LLCs or corporations must also carry insurance coverage. You’ll want to check with your contractor to ensure the contractor is carrying the proper coverage. You can find DRYCO’s license and bond information here.
