Saw-cut, demolish, and remove (1) area of failed concrete. Excavate and off haul debris. Scarify and compact subbase, cutting exposed tree roots along the way. Place & compact 2" of new class II AB. Install up to approximately 50' of new ADA compliant trench drain. Tie into existing DI. Form, set #4 reinforcing steel at 16" on center each way, and install expansion joints. Pour and finish concrete slab with plain color and a medium broom finish. Off-haul and dispose of debris. Backfill soil after forms are removed. Excludes repairs to irrigation.
