Remove area of failed pavement. Off-haul and dispose of debris. Sweep, prep and apply Tack oil & Glass Pave 25 then place and compact Two 2.5" lifts of new hot-mix asphalt paving and as per specifications by Diablo Community Services. Includes installing 8 speed bump.
