Equipment Operator “Basic Duties;; (backhoe, skip loader, skidsteer)

• Inspects, greases and reports any issues to Shop Foreman
• Can properly use equipment to cut/fill or excavate within 1/lOth
• Working understanding of Plans and Drawing Elevations
• Maintains a safe working radius around their area
• Loads DRYCO and Sub trucking without damage
• Proficiently performs all skilled laborer duties

• Do Not use phone at any time you are on the clock
• Openness to training others
• Watch, Learn and act like “Professional” workers
• Jump in and help without having to be told
  • Maintain and teach others care of equipment
  • Direct and Train skilled employees for advancement
• Do Not stand around and wait to be told what to do, if you are not sure what to do ask someone what you can do to help

Review Process

• You will be reviewed “Daily” by your Foreman
• Division Manager will discuss your performance and your growth plan on an annual basis
• Sit down “Formal Review” annually
