Responsibilities You’d Take On
- Propose on work within DRYCO’s capabilities
- Generate Leads
- Evaluate and qualify opportunities serviceable by DRYCO and make effective bid or no-bid decisions
- Verify job conditions; define scope of work; assess accurate quantity of materials; estimate time frames; prepare proposals and return estimates according to DRYCO standards
- Provide accurate information to build jobs; communicate with dispatch;review projects with Division Leader
- Provide accurate documentation on capture rate, accuracy of backlog, and win/loss on all proposal deliveries and all other requirements
- Effectively lead project management on all jobs; effectively prepare crews, resolve change orders, provide follow through on billing and payment
Qualifications We’d Like to See
- Construction Management degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years relevant Asphalt or Concrete Pavement Repair Estimating/Project Management experience
- Knowledge/relationship building experience specific to the Central Valley
- Experience with computerized estimating systems (contract management and scheduling software; Microsoft based preferred)
- Strong customer facing communication skills and proven organizational management skills
