DRYCO recently completed a comprehensive fencing and concrete project at Making Waves Academy Gym in Richmond, California, supporting campus upgrades with enhanced safety, function, and long-term durability. The project involved the installation of secure perimeter fencing along with critical concrete work, including flatwork and foundational concrete pads to support the fencing system and improve overall site functionality.
For the fencing portion, DRYCO supplied and installed vinyl-coated chain link fencing with top and bottom rails, designed to provide security while maintaining visibility across key areas of the gym perimeter. Each post was embedded into freshly poured concrete footings, ensuring long-term strength and stability in this high-traffic area.
In addition to the fence foundation, DRYCO also performed concrete flatwork to enhance pedestrian access and improve surface grading around the gym exterior, including concrete curbs and gutters. These improvements contribute to both drainage management and ADA accessibility, aligning with the campus’s goals for safety and compliance.
