Scope of Work
Site Security & Fence Demolition
- Remove 240 Linear feet of 18’ high ivy infested fencing set on concrete retaining wall
- 5 working days
- Provide over 300LF of temporary fencing secured via chain in multiple layers
- Layout plywood over working area to protect artificial turf from vehicle weight
Install New Fence
- Install 240 linear feet of 20’ high 1” mesh galvanized and vinyl coated chain link fence fabric
- Oversized 4-1/2” schedule 40 post galvanized and powder coated black
- Top, bottom, and dual midrails with all galvanized and powder coated hardware
Challenges
- Heavy project security- two small children’s playgrounds connected to games courts
- San Francisco political playground- high stakes, no mistakes
- Close proximity to neighbors- Keep working noise to a minimum plus extra security to protect neighboring properties
