Scope of Work
- Grind out and remove 9 major areas (27,690 sq ft) of failed pavement
- Off haul and dispose of debris
- Excavate and recompact subbase and place compact 4” of new hot-mix asphalt paving in two separate lifts
- Clean the pavement surface using power blowers
- Seal cracks ¼” and larger with Duro-Flex hot applied crack filler
- Treat oil spots with Polyoil sealant
- Apply a two-coat application of Western Colloid #327 seal coat emulsion over entire surface (82,620 sq ft)
- Squeegee and spray second layer of sealcoat for optimum coverage
- Restripe existing pavement markers including parking stalls, directional arrows, ADA symbols, and all painted curbs
