Scope of Work
- Remove existing asphalt pavement protruding tree roots
- Recompact subbase then place and compact 4″ of new hot-mix asphalt
- Demolish and remove existing asphalt to a depth of 6″
- Excavate 4″ of existing rock/dirt
- Install court surface using Laykold Masters material
- Acid etch new concrete, install concrete primer coat, 2 filler coats, topcoat, and line paint
- Seal cracks 1/4″ and larger with Duro-Flex hot applied crack filler
- Treat oil spots
- Two-coat application of OverKote seal coat emulsion over entire surface
- Paint all lines affected by new asphalt and seal coat
