Project Description

Scope of Work

• Clean cracks with high-pressure air, clean lot and fill cracks with hot applied crack sealer
• Seal cracks 1/4″ and larger with Duro-Flex hot applied crack filler as per manufacturer’s specifications over 2,581,062 SF
• Treat oil spots with Polyoil sealant
• Apply a two-coat application of Western Colloid
• Squeegee first coat and spray the second coat for optimum coverage
• Restripe all existing pavement markings, includes all parking stalls, directional arrows, ADA symbols, and most other stenciled markings
