Scope of Work

• Layout for concrete curbs and gutters, driveways, sidewalks, and handicap ramps based on provided staking.
• Embedded Fence Post
• Construct concrete curb & gutter per plans
• Supply black vinyl coated chain link fence. Install top and bottom rail to posts
• Concrete Driveway. Form edges. Install expansion joints. Pour and finish 6″ thick concrete slab with a medium broom finish.
• 850LF 8FT Vinyl Coated Chain Link Fence
• 1,308 SF Concrete Sidewalk – Pour and finish 4″ thick natural gray concrete with a medium broom finish
• Supply and install 2″ square knotted Black mesh roped laced netting . Install cable and hardware, including lifting ear
• Accessible Ramps
• Excavate for seat wall and retaining wall footings
• 767 LF Retaining Wall Footing
• 2,187 LF Vertical Curb
• 1,156 LF Curb & Gutter
• 4,877 SF Concrete Sidewalk
