Scope of Work
- General Conditions: Provide job site supervision, field verification, and on-site safety meetings.
- Crushed Rock: 4″ of 1/2 ‘ to 3/4″ crushed rock
- Pump and install a slurry on the Vapor Barrier.
- Matt Slab: Form edges and set reinforcing steel for matt slab. Pour and finish 24’’ concrete matt slab.
- Topping Slab: Form edges and set reinforcing steel for topping slab. Pour and finish 5’’ topping slab, includes saw cutting.
- Mezzanine Slab: Set reinforcing wire for the mezzanine slab. Pour and finish 5-/12’’ lightweight concrete slab slab, including 3 sets of stairs and curb
