Fencing Installation at San Mateo Train Depot Pedestrian Bridge – San Mateo, CA

DRYCO’s fencing team completed a specialized project at the Train Depot Pedestrian Bridge in San Mateo. Focused on enhancing safety and access control, this job required precise layout and expert installation of black and green vinyl-coated chain link fencing along a high-traffic pedestrian bridge near an active transit area.

The team installed 130 linear feet of 4-foot fencing with top and bottom rails, providing a durable barrier that maintains visibility while deterring unauthorized access. These new fenced sections will tie in with the existing fences at both ends of the bridge, allowing us to achieve the best enclosure possible.

Projects like this reflect DRYCO’s ability to deliver quality work in tight urban environments with logistical and safety challenges. From layout to finish, every detail was managed with care and precision.

Scope of Work Included:

  • 60 LF of 4′ black vinyl-coated chain link fence on each side of bridge
  • 70 LF of 4′ green vinyl-coated chain link fence
  • Embedded fence post installation with top & bottom rails
  • Weld new 4′ wrought iron black powder-coated panels to the existing enclosure
