The Tracy Logistics Center in Tracy, California, needed new striping for their parking lot and street. Our striping team worked to restripe the pavement in this large project, yielding excellent results.
Striping
DRYCO’s striping team first had to grind and remove the existing striping in the parking lot. Then, the team completed striping for the Tracy Logistics Center in several different ways:
- Parking stall striping
- ADA parking spot striping
- Double stall lines
- Directional arrows
- Stenciling
We used a Cat track to lay out the entire job, using thermoplastic striping in the pavement markings, including using it on symbols and a green painted bike lane.
DRYCO also had to stripe a new travel path, which included furnishing and installing removable bollards and double ribs, and double rail guardrails.
New Signage
DRYCO also salvaged all of the existing signs on the street and in the parking lot. After we completed our striping work, we furnished and installed new street signs that were designated in the site plans. There were no signs hanging from signals. The signs included ADA signs on metal posts.
We also installed tow-away signs that were set into concrete footing.
Wheelstops
For a finishing touch in this project, we furnished and installed pre-cast concrete wheel stops.
