Project Overview – Amazon Project
This project involved a comprehensive concrete and site makeover for the Graycor Amazon facility. The work began with full mobilization and extensive demolition, including the removal of over 26,000 square feet of concrete slabs, curbs, sidewalks, truck ramps, retaining walls, and existing fencing. Crews also cleared vegetation, removed asphalt across a large area, and excavated planters and subgrade to prepare the site for reconstruction.
Following site preparation, the team rebuilt and upgraded key infrastructure, including new roadway sections, curbs, and truck dock slabs. The project included installing base rock, paving asphalt, constructing biofiltration pits, sealing pavement cracks, and applying new striping and markings. Additional improvements such as wheel stops, ADA signage, and truncated domes were installed to complete the project, delivering a fully restored and functional surface for the facility.
