DRYCO recently completed a large-scale asphalt paving project at Lake Tulloch Shores, a gated residential community in Copperopolis, CA. Focused on enhancing both the appearance and functionality of the neighborhood’s roadways, this project included a full asphalt overlay, precision grinding, and surface repair work that significantly improved driving conditions and extended the pavement’s lifespan.
Our team began by grinding down deteriorated sections of roadway to ensure smooth transitions between the old and new pavement surfaces. Once the base was properly prepped, we installed a high-quality asphalt overlay, creating a consistent, durable surface throughout the community. This type of paving enhances curb appeal and protects the underlying infrastructure from further weathering and wear.
In addition to the overlay, DRYCO repaired problem areas where cracking and surface damage had occurred, reinforcing those sections to provide long-lasting stability. We restriped the white fog lines and yellow dash center line as a finishing touch.
