DRYCO completed an extensive asphalt overlay and accessibility improvement project for the Trilogy at Rio Vista community, a neighborhood in Rio Vista, California. This project enhanced road surface durability, improved pedestrian accessibility, and extended the overall lifespan of the pavement throughout the development.
The scope of work included a full asphalt overlay, which involved preparing the surface through precise grinding and cleaning before applying a new layer of high-quality asphalt. This method reinforces the existing pavement structure, smooths out surface imperfections, and improves rideability — all while minimizing disruption to residents.
