• Asphalt Removal and Replacement:

  • Removed and disposed of old, failed pavement across multiple areas.

  • Excavated and re-compacted the subbase before applying fresh hot-mix asphalt in two lifts.

  • Thoroughly cleaned the new surface to ensure optimal bonding.

• Sealcoating:

  • Sealed cracks with Duro-Flex hot applied crack filler and treated oil spots with Polyoil sealant.

  • Applied two coats of Western Colloid #327 emulsion over the entire lot for lasting protection and a smooth finish.

• Restriping:

  • Completed the finishing touches by restriping parking stalls, directional arrows, ADA symbols, and curbs, ensuring clarity and compliance.
