Scope of Work
- Remove large area (40,000 SQFT) of failed pavement and replace with hot-mix asphalt
- Mill one area of pavement, treat cracks, apply tack oil and overlay
- Clean entire designated pavement surface using power blowers
- Treat oil spots with Polyoil sealant and apply slurry seal
- Restripe all existing pavement markings
Challenges
- Scheduling around their customer flow and not interrupting their business
- Completing over 150,000 square feet of overlay and full depth remove and replace at Home Depot
- Having to complete work after the store closed at 9 pm
