Scope of Work
- Footing & elevator pit excavation & off-haul & backfill
- Import crushed rock to build temporary work areas for scaffolding, lift access, form construction during the construction of shear walls
- Concrete shear walls & elevator pit with footings
- Column footings & grade beams (non shear walls)
- Place 4″ of 3/4″ crushed rock and 15 Mil vapor barrier over 4000 SF of new slab area
- Form and pour 9.5″ thick concrete slab at new building (4000 SF) with rebar
- Form and pour approx 290 LF of concrete curb on foundation slab
- Infill metal pan stairs – includes (5) landings and (5) flights of stairs at each location
- Excavate all 24″ below existing slab and off-haul spoils
- Construct (4) 5’x5′ interior footings and (6) footing extensions
- Drill and epoxy approx 750 dowels into existing slab/footings/walls
- Over-ex new building footprint 18″ deep
- Remove areas of asphalt where new planters, sidewalks, valley gutter, patio, trash enclosure and building pad is to be built
- Off-haul and dispose of all debris generated from this work. 20,500 SF
- Excavate for 8″ section at new asphalt paving, concrete walkways, and Valley gutter
- Form 18″ full depth curb and (2) rows of #4 install reinforcing steel and install expansion joints
- Pour, strip, and finish concrete curb
- Furnish and install CMU block wall using plain gray masonry units
- Furnish and install 200 SF of wasau truncated domes at (4) locations
- Stripe new layout per plan. Furnish and install (35) 3′ pre- cast concrete wheel stops and (4) ADA parking signs on metal posts set in concrete footing. Paint designated curbs RED, and install (3) fire lane signs.
- Form 298 LF concrete curb & Gutter and 1730 SF of Sidewalk per city standards. Includes (2) driveways. Pour and finish sidewalk per standards
- Clean vertical edges and apply tack oil. Pave 6″ of asphalt plug in two lifts along new curb & gutter
- Demo slab in existing building for footings and grout column bases
