- Sawcut, demo and remove approximately 1,850 SF of assumed 6″ thick concrete
- Furnish 270 blockout forms for bed plate
- Form edge of bed plate slab
- Place and finish slab with wide perimeter curb
- Form for outer trench wall/slab
