Project Description

Scope of Work

• Remove five trees complete with stump grinding and remove all debris to dump site
• Paint new pavement marking
• Sawcut, demo curbs and paving and removal
• Saw-cut and remove designated areas of concrete slab for new footings
• Excavate landscape and irrigation and off-haul debris
• Over-excavate all locations 24″ to subgrade elevation
• Set double mats of reinforcing steel per plan
• Furnish and install 10 mil vapor barrier
• Set double mats of reinforcing steel bars
• Furnish, place and compact new hot-mix asphalt paving over class II baserock
• Furnish and install new high chain link fence with plastic slats and three double swing gates
