Scope of Work

Site Excavation & Off-Haul

  • 18,600 square feet of site excavation of old court yard
  • 11,100 square feet of fine grading for all new hardscape
  • Excavate 180 linear feet of new footing for all new hardscape seat walls
  • 12 box footing for all roman shade canopies
  • Protection of an existing new sport court throughout the project
  • Demolition of all 11,100 square feet of existing concrete and pavers
  • Remodel of existing court yard
  • Remove and replace all existing concrete
  • Place new colored concrete with sand blast finish
  • All new custom paver patio area along with decorative planter and seat walls throughout new court yard
  • New front entryway monument sign

Hardscape

  • 8,900 square feet of new color concrete with a light sandblast finish
  • 2,500 square feet of new concrete pavers
  • 150 linear feet of new decorative seat walls
  • 70 linear feet of seat wall trellis
  • 100 linear feet of new decorative monument sign wall
  • 100 linear feet of new trench drain

Challenges

  • Had a three-month window from start to finish
  • Job started two months behind schedule and DRYCO set the pace for all the subcontractors in order to finish project on time for customer
  • DRYCO had to ensure that each minute of the day was in compliance with PG&E’s high safety standards
