Scope of Work
- Demo & Base Removal 5,200 SF
- Fine Grade Baserock
- Form pour flatwork: WWM, 4″ CC – 5,200 SF, (2) pours with pumps
- Saw-cut and remove designated areas of concrete along with other minor obstructions as required to construct new improvements.
- Off-haul and dispose of all debris generated from this work.
- Remove existing paint and paint new
- Traffic control: 1 day for sub demo, 2 days for Dryco pours
- LS Asphalt Impressions: Green Surfacing
