Comprehensive Striping Services

Our striping crews conform to your scheduling needs, whether it be weekend or nighttime work, which translates to less inconvenience for you and your customers.
ADA Handicap Signage
ADA signage is prevalent on all parking areas. Changing state and federal codes must be monitored to keep our customers up-to-date with these changes. DRYCO can fabricate and install any traffic or parking lot sign that’s needed quickly and cost-effectively. We also fabricate and install all types of bollards used for the protection of outside assets.
Thermoplastic Striping
This economical, quick-dry material forms a uniform reflective and durable pavement marking stripe. The rapid application rate and nearly instant dry times eliminate traffic delays, coning, and material tracking associated with conventional water-based paints. As a bonus, it also has higher durability and lasts longer.
Complete Sealcoating Work
At DRYCO, we’d love to put our innovation to work on your property and be your asphalt sealcoating contractor. We guarantee competitive pricing, the best in equipment and practices, and offer crews and equipment who can handle large jobs over weekends and holidays resulting in the least amount of disruption to your business.
Sealing Surface Preparation
Preparation is the most critical step of the sealcoating process and is most often the indicator of a poor job. The surface must be perfectly clean and all cracks 1/4″ and larger need to be blown out and filled with a high-quality, hot-applied crack filler. Our sealcoating solutions always include hot-applied crack filling to ensure that the finished product meets our standard of quality.
Sealcoat Spray-on Application
Most surfaces have been sealcoated more than once in their lifetime. This creates a “tight surface” where all the voids have been filled and the sealer has worn off the rocks, giving the surface a worn-out appearance. DRYCO has re-engineered our machines to spray the material – ensuring you get more sealer and better value than the typical spraying method. instead.
We are committed to being reliable, responsible, and results-driven.

I have been meaning to tell you the parking lot at 1048 serpentine looks FANTASTIC, seriously, the 7’ of 2% is going to really help us out if we need to get an ADA path to the street. The work around the stalls we did previously looks so much better. I know us construction guys don’t hear that very often but well done!
I attended a DRYCO Seminar today and Loved it!! Not only did they feed our tummy’s but they feed our Minds! I walked in not knowing anything about asphalt or concrete and walked out with some much knowledge about both. The owner is so inspirational and super funny to the top! What a down to earth person. This company believes in value! That alone is priceless!
I approached DRYCO to do my paving work on the Commercial Properties that I manage and the results were 100% satisfaction. DRYCO was my go-to vendor for consulting on the best approach to the work that was needed because they have invested time educating Property and Facilities managers on the various paving techniques. This gave me the tools to ask intelligent questions. DRYCO is a family-owned business so the personal attention was appreciated. I would highly recommend DRYCO to anyone that is in need of a paving project.

Frequently Asked Questions
A lot depends on the amount of traffic on the surface, and the material used for the striping. If the traffic is light, the striping may last up to two years. In terms of materials, thermoplastic striping is thicker and more durable than paint and can be expected to last 3-6 years. The best rule of thumb with striping is to re-do it when it looks like it needs it.
There are a few ways to do this if you want to do it yourself. You can cover up stripes by applying several coats of paint that has been color-matched to the surrounding asphalt or cement. This is not a permanent solution, though.
The other option is to chemically dissolve the paint or completely remove the line using a grinder or scarifier. These machines grind the stripe down to the original asphalt or cement.

Thermoplastic striping is a quick-dry material that forms a uniform reflective and durable pavement marking stripe. The rapid application rate and nearly instant dry time eliminate traffic delays, coning, and the risk of material tracking associated with conventional water-based paints. And its high durability increases the life of pavement markings.
It depends on the size of the parking lot, the type of paint used (different paints have different drying times), and the weather conditions at the time of application. We offer nighttime line striping for businesses that want to minimize the downtime involved.
There are three main methods for applying thermoplastic road markings:
- Extrude: The application equipment is in direct contact with the pavement surface when applying the material.
- Ribbon: The material is applied with a ribbon gun that is elevated 1-1.5 inches off the ground. The gun is not in direct contact with the pavement surface so the application equipment can move a little faster than when applying an extruded line.
- Spray: The material is applied with a spray gun that is elevated about 4 to 5 inches off the surface. This is the fastest application process.
100%, absolutely yes. Sealcoating allows the asphalt to stay flexible by protecting the binder (liquid asphalt) that holds the asphalt together to significantly extend the life of your pavement. DRYCO always recommends two coats of sealer for double the wear.
Sealcoating allows the asphalt to stay flexible by protecting the binder (liquid asphalt) that holds the asphalt together. Failure to sealcoat increases the risk of cracking and significantly shortens the life of your pavement. DRYCO always recommends two coats of sealer for double the wear.
Sealcoating typically lasts 3-5 years in this region’s climate.
No. Rain will not hurt asphalt sealcoating as long as it has had at least 24 hours to cure after application before getting wet. Otherwise, water will prevent proper drying.
Although California tends to be dry, we know how it can occasionally rain and flood. Our sealcoating materials and application techniques are designed to withstand these rains.
